Transparent Delivery Pricing
Stress-Free Delivery With Clear, Upfront Charges
We provide stress-free delivery with transparent pricing. Delivery charges are discussed when you reserve your equipment.
Charges are based on the community where delivery will be made, the on-site location, whether the location is on the ground floor, whether stairs or multiple hallways are involved, the timing of delivery or pickup, and other factors.
Due to unpredictable seasonal increases in fuel costs, we may at times apply a temporary fuel surcharge to your delivery.
We provide full transparency into all charges. Delivery, pickup, installation, and other applicable fees are discussed and agreed upon when you place your order.
Reliable Tent Rental Delivery and Pickup
Coordinated Delivery That Keeps Your Event on Track
Our professional tent rental delivery service ensures your equipment arrives on time and ready for installation. We coordinate logistics in advance to help keep your event timeline on track.
Delivery Hours and Scheduling
Normal delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During busy seasons, these hours may be extended.
We prefer to deliver at least one day before your event whenever possible.
Exceptions may occur because of weather conditions, the number of deliveries scheduled on a given day, job complexity, and job-site availability.

Pickup After Your Event
After your event, our team returns to carefully dismantle and remove all rental equipment within two days.

Tent Care, Cleaning & Maintenance
Professionally Cleaned and Inspected After Every Event
All tents and rental equipment are cleaned and inspected after every event as part of our professional maintenance standards.
Grimes Events & Party Tents is one of the few tent rental companies in South Florida with its own industrial washers for thorough tent cleaning.
Moisture trapped in folded fabric can cause mildew and damage. While our team handles post-event cleaning, keeping the interior area dry and free of debris helps preserve the tent’s integrity.
For linen rentals, please shake linens free of food and debris before placing them in the return bags.

Remove vehicles, furniture, décor, and debris from the designated installation area.
Mark Underground Utilities
Mark sprinklers, irrigation systems, electrical lines, water lines, and other underground utilities.
Provide an Accessible Pathway
Ensure the crew has a minimum 36-inch pathway for moving equipment to and from the installation area.
Prepare Rental Furniture
Stack tables and chairs in one location before the scheduled pickup.
Remove Personal Items
Remove personal belongings and décor before the scheduled tent and equipment removal.
