For more than two decades, Nicole Grimes has led Grimes Events & Party Tents with a simple philosophy: treat every client's event as if it were your own. That philosophy has helped grow the company into one of South Florida's premier event rental providers, known for creating stunning weddings, elegant galas, large-scale festivals, corporate events, sporting events, and nonprofit fundraisers.
An alumna of Florida Atlantic University, Nicole is a proud supporter of her alma mater and remains committed to giving back through donations to the university's athletic programs. She is equally passionate about serving the South Florida community, actively supporting numerous nonprofit organizations and charitable initiatives throughout Palm Beach County. As a Board of Trustees member of the YMCA of South Palm Beach County and a dedicated community leader, Nicole believes successful businesses have a responsibility to invest in the communities they serve.
Her dedication to excellence, innovation, philanthropy, and building lasting relationships earned her recognition as Delray Beach Businessperson of the Year. Under her leadership, Grimes Events & Party Tents has become known not only for exceptional events, but also for its unwavering commitment to integrity, service, and community involvement.

Marc Grimes
Vice President
Behind every successful event is careful planning, flawless logistics, and a team that knows how to solve problems before they become problems. That's where Marc Grimes excels.
As Vice President, Marc brings decades of experience in event production, logistics, and operations. His impressive background includes producing televised sporting events, commercials, fashion productions, and large-scale special events for nationally recognized brands and organizations. His technical expertise and attention to detail help ensure every Grimes event is executed with precision, professionalism, and confidence.
Working alongside Nicole, Marc oversees the operational side of the business, helping clients navigate everything from complex tent installations and large corporate productions to emergency response projects. His calm leadership, extensive technical knowledge, and ability to anticipate challenges before they arise have become an invaluable part of Grimes' reputation.
Outside of Grimes Events & Party Tents, Marc is a certified Porsche driving instructor and accomplished Porsche racer. He competes with his racing team, Soul Snatchers, combining his passion for motorsports with a commitment to giving back. The team proudly supports charitable organizations by providing exhilarating track rides for children through Kids with Cancer and participating in events that benefit numerous other nonprofit causes. Marc believes in using his love of racing to create unforgettable experiences while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
