Help clients bring memorable events to life by guiding them through rental selections, quotes, orders, contracts, payments and final event details.

About the Position
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with selecting the right rental products and services for their events.
- Prepare quotes, enter orders and process order updates using RentMaster.
- Review contracts, collect payments and follow up with clients throughout the rental process.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, products and available services.
- Support tabletop design and help clients coordinate event details.
- Handle last-minute adjustments professionally and efficiently.
- Build relationships through networking and attentive client service.
- Participate in approved event setups when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order information and calendars.
- Provide general office and administrative support.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members from start to finish.
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
Work Schedule
Seasonal Office Hours
Off SeasonMid-May through September
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
In SeasonOctober through mid-May
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of customer-service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Residence in Palm Beach County.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Event or hospitality industry experience.
Compensation & Benefits
